Amazon Halo was a health technology brand built to help lower the barrier to healthy habits. Employing the latest technology in machine learning and computer vision, Halo was designed to help customers track, understand, and guide them through their personalized health journeys toward goals, all at an accessible price point.
Building a tailor made brand design team to support this business was an incredible opportunity. Our team collaborated early and often with all business, product, marketing, content and science leaders—to help raise the bar and streamline the daily activities of these teams.
The Challenge
Our goal was to create and launch a unique health and wellness technology brand that only Amazon could offer. Despite fierce competition in the bustling fitness technology sector, we successfully launched the app, wearable device, and the brand in the fall of 2020. In following years, we introduced two additional devices, numerous features and enhancements, and executed more than 20 large and small scale marketing campaigns.
